Since being licensed in 2007, Daniel has extensive civil litigation experience representing companies and individuals in tort, construction, employment, and insurance defense matters. He is licensed in Tennessee, Texas, and Georgia, admitted to all federal courts in Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Daniel has helped obtain successful verdicts on behalf of clients in jury, bench, and arbitration proceedings.

As a Tennessee native, Daniel received his B.A., M.A., and J.D. from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his M.Div. From Baylor University. In addition to being a Normandy Scholar, he is a former fellow of the Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty and the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics. Daniel is also an ordained minister in the Baptist tradition. He has taught Pretrial Litigation and Contract Drafting as an adjunct instructor through the University of Tennessee College of Law.
