Ms. Hoggard's practice primarily focuses on business transactions serving clients in both the entertainment law and intellectual property realms. Ms. Hoggard handles trademark applications, intellectual property licensing, and entertainment transactions. Her experience includes assisting a variety of clients within the entertainment industry including artists, producers, publishers, and recording labels.
Hollis is a Mississippi native who graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. She attended Belmont University College of Law where she completed the College of Law's Entertainment and Music Business Certificate program, served as a member of Belmont's Entertainment Law Society, and as a member of the Women's Legal Society.
Prior to joining Kay Griffin Evans, Ms. Hoggard worked as a legal clerk at Shackelford Bowen McKinley & Norton throughout law school and as a legal intern for licensing agency, CMG Worldwide, and independent music publisher, Reel Muzik Werks.
Outside of work, Ms. Hoggard enjoys reading, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling.
