Daniel Headrick is a Tennessee native and graduate of the University of Tennessee, at Knoxville who practices in our Atlanta, Georgia office. Daniel has tried numerous jury and bench trials successfully on behalf of clients since he began practice in 2007. He practices widely in commercial and general tort litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. Daniel is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas. He is admitted to practice in all of the United State District Courts of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also licensed in the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Northern District of Georgia, and the Western District of Texas.
Daniel has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of College School of Law in contract drafting and pretrial litigation. Additionally, Daniel is a former fellow of the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics, which was an intensive academic focus on the ethics of ministers in Germany during the Second World War.
