Casey focuses his practice on commercial litigation and serves clients in the construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and other industries. His experience includes representing companies in contract and intellectual property disputes with former business partners and employees in state and federal court.

Casey is a Kentucky native. He grew up in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and attended the University of Louisville where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration and magna cum laude with a degree in Spanish. Upon graduating, Casey served in the United States Army as an Armor Officer. He was the Distinguished Honor Graduate of the Army Reconnaissance Course and led a scout platoon on NATO training exercises in Eastern Europe. Casey left the Army to attend Vanderbilt Law School.

Prior to joining Kay Griffin Evans, Casey worked as a litigation associate in a full-service law firm based in Tennessee where he specialized in e-discovery disputes and complex securities fraud litigation.
