Joshua’s practice focuses on complex corporate, intellectual property, and commercial litigation, entertainment law, and business advisory for large and small businesses. Joshua has a wide range of experience in civil litigation, having handled high stakes cases at the state, federal, and appellate level of various jurisdictions. In addition, Joshua regularly handles copyright and trademark infringement actions, corporate transactions, and commercial disputes. Clients count on Joshua’s strong corporate experience and valuable understanding of our client’s business goals to help ensure the strongest litigation and regulatory outcomes for all interested parties.

Prior to joining Kay Griffin Evans, Joshua was an associate in Wood, Smith, Henning, & Berman, LLP’s Manhattan office practicing complex tort & casualty, commercial, and insurance coverage litigation. While in law school, Joshua was selected to join Jaguar-Land Rover North America’s in-house legal team as a corporate legal extern, handling intellectual property, employment law, and marketing matters. Other notable roles include working as a product and regulatory legal intern with one of Memphis, Tennessee’s largest companies, Frontdoor, Inc., drafting commercial agreements and assisting with complex international and domestic business expansion matters. Joshua was also a legal intern for the Federal Communications Commission’s Policy & Licensing Division of their Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau out of Washington, D.C assisting with federal business compliance, and regulation promulgation.

While in law school, Joshua served on the executive board for the Corporate and Commercial Law Society and as the Vice President for the Christian Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Joshua worked on an environmental conservation commission board handling issues implicating environmental, zoning, invasive species, and land-use law.
