Ms. Grosko is a litigator with experience in a variety of practice areas. Her work primarily focuses on insurance, construction, and commercial litigation. Ms. Grosko practices in both state and federal courts and has been recognized by Best Lawyers for her work, naming her “One to Watch” in 2022, 2023, and 2024 in the area of commercial litigation.

Ms. Grosko is a Tennessee native, growing up in Columbia, Tennessee. She attended Samford University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Business Management and earned the Brock School of Business Academic Medal. Ms. Grosko attended the University of Alabama School of Law where she was an editor for the Law and Psychology Review, a student mediator for Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court, and the CEO of Raise the Bar, a mentoring program for Tuscaloosa County children. As a result of her work, Ms. Grosko received the Dean’s Community Service Award. Ms. Grosko also interned for Judge Scott Coogler, District Judge for the United States District Court Northern District of Alabama.

 Prior to joining Kay Griffin, Ms. Grosko was a litigation associate at Levan, Sprader, Patton, & Plymire PLLC and the Nashville office of Adams & Reese LLP.

 Outside of work, Ms. Grosko enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and watching college football..
